1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Three-Letter Getaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 18, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free. Entrants may use either method. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method.

Method A — Online form. Visit shoptrask.com/pages/three-letter-getaway and complete the entry form, including a valid email address and the three letters you would put on your toothbrush.

Method B — Instagram. Comment on the Three-Letter Getaway post on the @shoptrask Instagram account with the three letters you would put on your toothbrush. You will receive a direct message with a link to complete your entry, which requires a valid email address. An Instagram account is required for this method; entrants without one may enter using Method A.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if an element becomes unavailable. All costs not expressly stated as included are the winner's responsibility.

Sponsor is not affiliated with, and this promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, BÉIS, CALPAK, Apple, or any other brand whose products are included in the prize.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 21, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry, and will be announced publicly on the @shoptrask Instagram account. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at shoptrask.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of the information provided for the administration of this promotion. Entrants who provide an email address may also receive marketing emails from TRASK and may unsubscribe at any time; entry is not conditioned on consenting to marketing email, and unsubscribing does not affect an entrant's chance of winning.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning.

By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Instagram Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this promotion will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
